How long does it take to receive my POS hardware after ordering?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location across Canada, but most merchants receive their devices within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.
How do I install the security cable if my counter doesn't have a built-in anchor point?
The cable is designed with a loop-style end. You can wrap it around any permanent fixture, such as a heavy-duty table leg, a structural pillar, or a designated anchor plate screwed into the counter. Simply pass the lock head through the loop to create a secure slipknot.
Can I order multiple cables that use the same master key?
Each unit typically comes with its own unique set of two keys for localized security. If you require a “Keyed-Alike” solution for an entire fleet of terminals (where one master key opens all locks), please contact our sales department for a custom bulk order.
What happens if I lose both keys?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
